Donor-funded tenders (World Bank, AfDB, EU, UN) score key experts heavily — often 30–40% of the technical evaluation. Finding qualified local experts who are actually available, actually qualified, and actually willing to sign is one of the hardest parts of bidding.

We deliver 2–5 local experts matched to your TOR: CVs in the required format, references checked, availability confirmed in writing, and a BFA verification certificate for each expert.
